Responsibilities
- Develop a content marketing strategy that resonates with expectant and nursing mothers, aligning with the company’s mission and lactation product offerings.
- Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, social media, email newsletters, videos, podcasts, and guides) that addresses the needs, concerns, and interests of the target audience.
- Leverage personal experience with childbirth and lactation to authentically connect with the audience and create empathetic content.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and scientific research related to lactation, motherhood, and parenting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service) to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment.
- Analyze content performance using metrics and analytics, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Identify and partner with influencers, thought leaders, and organizations in the motherhood and lactation space to expand the company’s reach.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that promote products, education, and community engagement.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, and foster customer loyalty.
- Create educational resources (e.g., webinars, eBooks, whitepapers) that establish the company as a trusted authority in lactation and motherhood.
Requirements
- Personal experience with childbirth and lactation
- 3+ years of content marketing experience
- Strong understanding of lactation, motherhood, and parenting topics
- Critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Experience with content management systems, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
