The 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT) Program aims to train young Nigerians in essential technical skills to meet the demands of the digital world. It offers hybrid training that combines online courses with hands-on learning sessions. The first phase of the program trained 30,000 fellows across all 36 states and the FCT, focusing on a range of technical skills. The second phase plans to train 270,000 participants in cohorts of 60,000, 90,000, and 120,000.
