Responsibilities
- Oversee food and beverage operations
- Develop menus, manage inventory, and control costs
- Lead and train F&B team
- Ensure exceptional customer experience
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., Hospitality Management, Food Safety).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Food & Beverage Manager in Hospitality industry (Restaurant)
- Male, aged 35 or above
- Proven track record of success in managing high-end restaurants
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and relations skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control.
