Job Description
- We’re looking for a skilled IT Support Technician with a strong background in hardware installations and network troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working in a hands-on IT support role.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain CCTV cameras and security systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN and WAN network issues.
- Manage and install hardware gadgets, such as printers, routers, and other peripherals.
- Provide support for hardware/software installations and upgrades.
- Respond promptly to support calls and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations across devices and networks.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience.
- Experience with hardware support and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CCTV installation and setup.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN systems.
- Proactive with a strong problem-solving attitude.
