Duties
- Daily engagement of Landlords by putting calls through to all Landlords to notify them of our intention to renew.
- Receiving and escalating site issues as they come up from landlords and following up for closure.
- Liaise with consultants and the lease payment team on renewal progress updates.
- Provide data to enable us to have a robust profile of its landlords.
- Keep and maintain records of all inquiries and complaints received from landlords.
- Support external consultants for timely resolution of challenges experienced in the negotiation process.
- Maintain up-to-date Landlord Contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish the nature, channel, and frequency of contact with landlords.
- Maintain positive relations with landlords in line with existing company policies and processes while protecting the company’s financial interest.
- Work with relevant functions across the business to develop solutions to common/recurrent issues in company-landlord relations.
- Resolve access issues on locked sites.
- Any other task as assigned by the Land lease and Landlord relation managers.
- Preparing reports using data analytics and any other tools.
Requirements and Competencies
- Candidates should possess a HND / BSc in Social Science or Bachelor of Law
