Officer – ISO Systems & Document Controller (DFL) Job Summary

Job Description

• Ensure the sustenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the company by confirming that all IMS processes are established, implemented, and maintained effectively.
• Assist in the maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 certification programs, ensuring ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate and manage both internal and external ISO audits, facilitating effective communication among relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain ISO documentation, policies, and procedures to guarantee thorough documentation control.
• Conduct training sessions on ISO standards and quality audits for employees to promote awareness and adherence.
• Report and recommend corrective actions for any identified ISO compliance issues.
• Provide technical advice and support regarding ISO compliance to enhance operational efficiencies.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a large-scale industry with successful implementation of ISO systems as an Integrated Management System.
• Qualification in Quality Management Systems or related field is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to identify hazards and assess risks accurately.
• Capability to integrate safety requirements into the decision-making process.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer literacy, particularly in document management systems.
