Responsibilities
- Independently handle maintenace and supervise team up to 50 to 70 Nos. Manpower in shift.
- Implement best safety practices, usage of PPEs and SOPs.
- Ensures availability of all HEMM more than 90%.
- Innovative thinking and implement good practices in field.
- Plan and execute for the daily maintenance, schedule maintenance, preventive maintenance and BD repairs.
- Exposure and experience in repairs of Engines, Transmissions and undercarriage.
- Record keeping (MIS, Job cards,Oil issues and recovery equipment wise).
- Address electrical breakdown in HEMM.
Requirements
- Candidate should possess an HND or B.Sc. in MechanicalEngineering.
- Mininum experience of 15 years in Mining HEMM equipment working in open pit Mining, having annual production capacity of 6.0MN Tons.
- Candidate living in close proximity to Kaduna and its environs is preferred.
- Bring discipline, Housekeeping, and healthy culture to work area.
- Having good knowledge and exposure to RCA, 5-S, MTTR & MTBF, Tyre Management system.
- Hydraulic circuit knowlegde and able to repair hydraulic components.
- Ability to plan for advanced spare parts.
- Able to diagnose faults, predict failures and initiate actions.
- Experience in Engines, Pumps, Swing Gear Box, Final Drive repairs.
