- Orientation for Employees.
- Benefits, Compensation, and Personnel Management.
- Counselling and Managing Claims.
- Monitoring Performance and Providing Training.
- Programs for Professional Development.
- Federal and State Regulations Instruction Safety.
- Sanitation in the Workplace.
- Administration of Labour Mediation – Employee Meetings.
- Employee Morale and Retention.
- Employee grieviance management.
- Conducting of employee off-boarding, etc.
Qualifications
- A BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management.
- A certification in HRM.
- At least 2years practice as HR Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational, leadership, and teamworking skills.
