Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation and configuration of access control systems, including hardware setup, software integration and network configuration
- Collaborate with clients to customize access control settings suitable to their needs
- Test installed system to ensure functionality and performance meets standard
- Perfore routine maintenace
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems by applying technical expertise
- Provide on-site support for installations, configurations or repairs
- Track, priortize and resolve technical suupport issues as defined by SLA
- Collaborate with other support team and escalate complex issues
Requirements
- ND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with access control systems
- Familiarity with common access control software platforms
- Proficiency in diagnosing and trouble shooting access control hardware and software
- Understand networking concepts
- Strong communication and inter-personal skill
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is a plus.
