We are also interested in creating a platform of business opportunities for Female Entrepreneurs, with the sole objective of sharpening their entrepreneurship skills aimed at eradicating the penury lifestyle among African Women.

Job Summary

Role Description

• This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources Manager at Women Reform Organization.
• The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
• They will also oversee volunteer performance evaluations, training programs, and conflict resolution.
• Additionally, the Human Resources Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to develop HR strategies that align with the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Recruitment, Onboarding, and Retention skills
• Performance Evaluation and Training skills
• Conflict Resolution and Mediation skills
• Human Resources Management experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Passion for women’s empowerment and social impact
• Previous experience in volunteer management is a plus.
