Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in onshore and offshore Well Engineering roles.
- Expertise in Contracts Management, basic Finance, Drilling Engineering/Operations, Subsea Engineering, Well Interventions, Reservoir and Well Performance fundamentals.
- Strong Personnel Management experience.
Responsibilities:
Coordination:
- Mentor and guide Junior Engineers.
- Ensure risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP) are completed before interventions.
- Lead intervention risk assessment sessions.
- Promote cost rationalization and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage financial and personnel reporting by offshore supervisors.
- Oversee the preparation, planning, and execution of well interventions.
Technical Support:
- Review stimulation and intervention designs.
- Manage contracts for well intervention services (Coiled Tubing, Slickline, Well Tractor Services, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with Company rules and operational guidelines.
Drilling & Wells Well Integrity Focal Point:
- Diagnose and recommend solutions for well integrity issues.
- Oversee both downhole and surface well integrity operations.
- Manage budgets for well integrity operations and ensure proper stocking of components.
Additional Context:
- Key operations in deepwater and intervention vessels.
- High financial responsibility with oversight of $150M contract value.
- Ensure operational safety, risk prevention, and contribute to production goals.
Deliverables:
- Deliver multimillion-dollar well intervention operations.
- Support in achieving up to 30K BOEPD through production-restoration and enhancement operations.
